1. Terms

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of UseTitan's website and all services. Read those terms carefully and make sure that you understand what you have read.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to download the software you are licensed to. In particular, you are allowed to:

  • Use the software for commercial purposes.
  • Customize the software.
  • All Titan Script and Modules are Single Domain ONLY

You are forbidden to:

  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on UseTitan's web site.
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials (unless you bought the rights).
  • Re-sell the software.
  • Proxy/VPN - you are forbidden to use proxy IP or register with proxy IP. Your account will be permanently terminated.

Your license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by UseTitan at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format. By purchasing the Titan you automatically state that you agree to UseTitan Refund Policy.

The only person eligible for the software support is the software licensor (the person who bought the license/software). In case of any suspicious activity, UseTitan reserves the right to terminate the license or require the licensor to use his payment email address for support contact.

Titan Admin Panel is hosed on secure UseTitan servers. UseTitan guarantees 99% server uptime and full HTTPS connection from/to the admin panel server. UseTitan also guarantees that it will never access any of you data, attempt any unauthorized connection to your database and will not interfere with your data in any other way. Your data is not being kept nor cached on our server, and it's accessed via secure DB API queries only.

3. Termination of the agreement

Any type of dispute or chargeback will result in a permanent license suspension. In case of any Terms Of Service violation, UseTitan may suspend the customer license and terminate the coding agreement. UseTitan may also terminate the agreement if the customer threatens/blackmail/make false accusations against UseTitan or its employees. No refund is applicable in those cases.

In addition TITAN Script may not be used in any of the following industries listed below. Titan does not provide any service or support for the following industries:

  • Adult entertainment (pornography, night clubs, strip clubs, brothels)
  • Drugs, selling or advertisement of drugs
  • Any other unethical/underground activity, including but not limited to human trafficking, prostitution, under age violence, etc...

Titan, has the right to terminate script license of customers that are not in compliance with these terms and are using the script in prohibited industries.

4. Disclaimer

The materials on UseTitan's web site are provided "as is". UseTitan makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, UseTitan does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

5. Limitations

In no event shall UseTitan or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on UseTitan's Internet site, even if UseTitan or a UseTitan authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

6. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on UseTitan's web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. UseTitan does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. UseTitan may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice.

UseTitan may revise these terms of use for its web site at any time without notice. By using this web site you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

8. Governing Law

Any claim relating to UseTitan's web site shall be governed by the laws of United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
